Production costs and lead times can be reduced! R-shaped grinding wheels tailored to the roller diameter can be shaped and manufactured individually without simultaneous processing with the body.

The "Folded Cylinder Cover" is a rotary press component that is incorporated into rollers with a diameter exceeding φ500. The polishing finish of products with an outer peripheral R shape is achieved by shaping the grinding wheel to match the roller diameter. Since it can be manufactured without simultaneous shaping processing with the roller, it allows for a reduction in production costs and lead times.
